Personalization Challenge 2025
Leveled up your event using personalization? Show us what you got. Submit a quick video of how you did it using Swoogo, and you’ll be entered to win some sweet Away luggage or a Yeti cooler. Bragging rights are included.
Submit a 2-3 minute video showing how you personalized your event using Swoogo—anything from unique registration flows, to custom event website experiences, to personalized agendas and emails…the sky’s the limit.
You and your fellow Swoogo customers will then vote for your favorites, and three winners will be chosen (yes, three!).
What can I win?
The three winners whose submissions receive the most votes will take home their choice of a Yeti cooler or Away luggage (handy additions to your event survival kit).
If you submit a video:
- Using Loom, record a 2 to 3-minute video walking through your submission—what you did, what it looks like, and why you did it. Watch the video above for instructions on how to use Loom!
- Upload your video submission by July 18
- Once the entries are in, it’s time to vote! Your fellow customers (and you!) will have two weeks to help crown three winners that are putting personalization at the center of their event experience.
Don't stress over making your video fancy!
The simpler, the better. No need to edit, add graphics, or pull out that fancy microphone from your college radio DJ days. Check out the video to the right to see just how easy it can be!

- Using conditional logic in registration to create unique attendee pathways (e.g. for attendees, VIPs, etc.)
- Using visibility conditions to personalize the website experience
- Internal personalization (e.g. dashboard views, customized reports)
- Customizing experiences based on event format (e.g. in-person, virtual, hybrid)
- Customizing experiences based on event type (e.g. field marketing, conference, internal event, webinar)
- Personalizing content through email, mobile app, or any other channel
