Now, it's time to review the video submissions and vote for your favorites. You get three votes, so please select your three favorite submissions by Friday, August 29. Remember, voting automatically enters you into a raffle to win a pair of OnCloud shoes!

What Tessitura did:

  • Created personalized registration paths through link references and conditional logic
  • Utilized Swoogo's login functionality, invitation lists, and the Salesforce integration to allow for seamless registration with pre-populated information
  • Built an automated, trackable process to transfer primary registration ownership from one registrant to another

What FMX did: 

  • Created location specific FMX road show event registrations, along with other event offers in that area
  • Listed out the specific events that are occurring per state
  • Created a form for people to request an onsite visit

What The Way International did: 

  • Created volunteer shifts using sessions for easy sign-up
  • Separated the shifts by each applicable region
  • Utilized magic links for the primary registrant to sign up secondary registrants for volunteer shifts
  • Built personalized volunteer agendas and pages for coordinators to view all volunteers who have signed up

What DRPG did: 

  • Built unique, one of a kind registration sites for each client
  • Applied time constraints to certain widgets to ensure a personalized registration experience
  • Utilized multiple levels of conditional logic to deliver the right content to the right people
  • Built custom reports and translated sites into the correct languages

What Climate Action did: 

  • Built an application process for registrants to request to attend roundtables
  • Created a workflow to automatically apply the selected roundtable to the registration if they are approved
  • Utilized custom fields for each sub-event to link Event IDs, Session IDs, Registrant Type IDs, and Application IDs to the parent event
  • Integrated Swoogo with Zapier to easily manage applications

Company: Southwest

What Southwest did:

  • Applied custom visibility settings on widgets to display certain information for certain registrant types
  • Utilized the Modify Reg Form widget and Magic Links for registrants to upload photos of themselves
  • Created a personalized greeting for attendees using Go Onsite

Company: Smartec Business Solutions T/A Hybrid Event Solutions

What Smartec did:

  • Utilized conditional logic so registrants could indicate if they required flights and/or travel accommodations, which would be booked on their behalf
  • Built a specific "My Info" page so that once accommodations were confirmed, registrants could log in and view flight and accommodation information specific to them
  • Ensured this same page was available via Attendee Mobile

What Yale did: 

  • Hosted all alumni reunion events on one Swoogo event and linked to personalized class pages
  • Used visibility conditions to display who is attending each event
  • Set up a "Day of Event" page for Yale Alumni staff to access only by QR code

What University of Windsor did:

  • Created virtual booths for 45 academic programs
  • Provided easy access to Zoom links via buttons for international teams
  • Built a custom theme for their website and emails
  • Created different sessions with unique URLs to track where page visitors are coming from
